The Republic of the United Skies is an international republican institutional framework created to organize, coordinate, regulate, and promote the future of Global Advanced Air Mobility (GAAM) through cooperation between sovereign nations, international institutions, industry, researchers, businesses, and citizens. Unlike a traditional republic founded upon a defined geographical territory, the Republic of the United Skies is designed around the concept of the sky as a shared institutional domain. It provides a constitutional and technological framework dedicated to the governance of future air mobility, aerospace innovation, and international cooperation. Its creation is the result of more than a decade of research, technological development, institutional design, and long-term strategic planning. The vision originated in 2013, when its founder pursued the ambition of contributing to the aerospace sector. Over the following years, the project evolved through independent research, continuous study, software development, and professional experience across multiple industries. These experiences provided both the technical expertise and the financial resources necessary to pursue the long-term objective of building a global ecosystem dedicated to advanced air mobility. During 2024, the vision matured into a comprehensive institutional and technological project. The first Business Plans, institutional Pitch Decks, and strategic studies were completed. At the same time, development began on the first lines of code for the WFN Software and the WFC Payment System, establishing the technological foundations of the ecosystem. On January 5, 2026, at 11:07 AM (Mountain Time), WFN Software LLC was officially incorporated in the State of Wyoming, United States, and registered by the Wyoming Secretary of State. The company became the legal entity responsible for developing the software, digital infrastructure, and institutional ecosystem supporting the project. As the project expanded beyond technology, it became evident that future global air mobility would also require an international institutional structure capable of promoting cooperation between nations. At that stage, the final constitutional model had not yet been determined. To address this need, WFN Software LLC announced its intention to operate through an International Semi-Governmental Organization (ISGO). The ISGO represented the project's first international institutional framework and served as the transitional phase through which its governance model could be developed and refined. During this institutional evolution, it became clear that a traditional international organization alone would not fully satisfy the long-term objectives of the project. Following extensive legal, constitutional, and institutional analysis, the republican model was identified as the most appropriate form of governance. This transition was formalized through a series of institutional milestones. On February 13, 2026, the first version of The Constitution of the United Skies was drafted. This initial constitutional document established the project's fundamental principles and represented the first constitutional foundation of the future institutional framework. On April 11, 2026, the Technical Framework – Document B01M was officially published. The document defined the technological architecture, governance principles, operational philosophy, and institutional vision of the ecosystem while formally presenting the ISGO structure. On April 12, 2026, the Declaration of Intent was published, officially expressing the intention to establish an international institutional system dedicated to Global Advanced Air Mobility through international cooperation, technological innovation, and peaceful development. Following the completion of this institutional process, The Constitution of the United Skies was further developed and refined into its definitive constitutional framework. With its adoption, the transitional role of the ISGO reached its purpose, and the Republic of the United Skies emerged as the project's permanent constitutional and institutional model. The Republic is therefore not the result of replacing one organization with another, but the culmination of a structured institutional evolution that progressed from a private legal entity, through an international organizational framework, to a constitutional republican system. Like every republic, the Republic of the United Skies is built upon the fundamental elements of statehood, adapted to the realities of twenty-first-century technology and international cooperation. Within this institutional model: The skies constitute the institutional territory, encompassing advanced airspace and, in the long term, aerospace infrastructures and future space mobility. Participating nations become the Member States of the Republic while fully preserving their national sovereignty. The citizens of participating nations, together with travelers, pilots, operators, researchers, businesses, institutions, and authorized users, form the community served by the Republic. The Constitution of the United Skies serves as the supreme constitutional foundation of the institutional system. WFN Software provides the technological infrastructure responsible for coordinating advanced air mobility. World Fly Coin (WFC) serves as the digital payment infrastructure supporting services across the ecosystem. HANNA F operates as the Republic's intelligent institutional assistant, providing coordination, operational support, and information services. The Republic is guided by its institutional mission: "Serving Nations & Humanity to Pioneer Global Advanced Air Mobility through the WFN Software, the WFC Payment System, and the Constitution of the United Skies, enabling the future of flying cars, aviation, unmanned aerial systems, and space mobility." Its objective is to promote the safe, coordinated, and sustainable development of advanced air mobility, including flying cars, VTOL aircraft, intelligent drones, conventional aviation, aerospace infrastructure, and future space transportation. The Republic also promotes international cooperation in aviation safety, scientific research, healthcare logistics, civil protection, environmental sustainability, technological innovation, digital infrastructure, education, and economic development. Its constitutional architecture provides for governmental institutions, administrative authorities, technical agencies, judicial bodies, public security services, specialized law enforcement organizations, and, where established through future international agreements, operational structures dedicated to protecting advanced air mobility infrastructure. Every participating State retains full sovereignty while voluntarily contributing expertise, personnel, infrastructure, and resources in accordance with the Constitution. The Republic of the United Skies already exists as an institutional and constitutional framework defined by its founding documents. Its future recognition, ratification, and implementation by sovereign States, institutions, and international organizations will not create the Republic itself; rather, such acts will represent its formal international recognition and the beginning of the cooperative constitutional system envisioned by its founders.

It is the constitutional charter that establishes the Republic's institutional identity, fundamental principles, governmental structure, separation of powers, rights, responsibilities, and long-term vision for Global Advanced Air Mobility (GAAM). Its adoption was the result of a structured institutional evolution. Following the incorporation of WFN Software LLC on January 5, 2026, at 11:07 AM, in the State of Wyoming, United States, the technological foundations of the ecosystem were formally established. On February 13, 2026, the first constitutional draft was written, outlining the project's initial institutional vision. As development progressed, it became clear that the initiative required an international governance model capable of supporting future cooperation between nations. World Fly Coin (WFC) is the official digital currency of the Republic of the United Skies and the native financial infrastructure of the WFN ecosystem. It is the world's first blockchain-based payment system specifically engineered for flying cars, advanced aviation, intelligent drones, Urban Air Mobility (UAM), aerospace logistics, and future space transportation. Built on its own sovereign blockchain, World Fly Coin introduces the Proof of Flight (PoF) consensus mechanism, replacing traditional energy-intensive mining with blockchain validation based on verified real-world flight activity generated within the WFN ecosystem. Integrated directly into the WFN App, WFC enables instant payments for aircraft reservations, cargo logistics, airport services, memberships, humanitarian missions, aerospace operations, and future space transportation through biometric authentication, NFC technology, QR Codes, encrypted digital wallets, and secure cryptographic protocols. Proof Of Flight

How WFC Works in Everyday Use First important thing: what is a "consensus mechanism"? In a cryptocurrency like WFC there is no central bank or boss who decides "this transaction is valid". All the computers on the network (called "nodes") have to agree on which is the correct version of the payment list (the "ledger" or blockchain). The consensus mechanism is the rule they use to decide "who's right" when someone tries to cheat (e.g., spending the same money twice = double-spending). Bitcoin uses Proof of Work (PoW): computers solve an extremely hard math puzzle.The first one to solve it adds the block and gets the reward. It's like a lottery: more computing power = more tickets. But it consumes a huge amount of electricity. Now: how does WFC work? (Proof of Flight – PoF) WFC doesn't want to consume energy like Bitcoin (which wastes as much electricity as an entire country). It also doesn't want to give too much power to people who hold a lot of coins (like in PoS). So WFN created a new rule called (Proof of Flight). How it works in practice, explained from scratch: 1. The network needs to decide who can add the next "block" (the new page in the payment ledger). 2. Instead of solving puzzles or locking up money in stake, validators (the computers helping the network) must prove they're doing something useful in the real ecosystem: that is, contributing to flights, drones, deliveries, etc. 3. How do they prove it? - A WFN vehicle (flying car, drone, airplane, satellite) automatically generates data during flight: - Where it is (GPS) - How fast it's going - How high it is - Flight log (time, route, etc.) - These data are digitally "signed" and sent as proof. 4. The validator takes this data, "hashes" it into a unique code, and sends it to the network. 5. Other nodes check: "Is this a real flight? Does the data match the real position?" They use oracles (reliable external sources) and cross-check with each other (multi-node verification). 6. If the proof is good, the validator can propose the new block (i.e., add recent transactions, including your payments). 7. Whoever does more real flights or helps the ecosystem more (e.g., operates lots of drones or flying taxis) gets more "weight" (higher validation weight) → higher chance of validating blocks and earning rewards. 8. The longest chain with the best proofs wins 9. Difficulty adjusts automatically: if there are lots of flights, it becomes harder to propose blocks (to avoid creating them too quickly). If there are fewer flights, it gets easier (to keep the pace steady). summary To pay with WFC you don't need to understand anything about PoF: open the WFN App, scan QR or tap NFC, put your finger, done. PoF is just the system that keeps the network running without wasting electricity. Instead of "solving useless puzzles", the network asks: "Did you do a real flight today? Send me the data, I trust you and let you add payments". People who actually use WFN (pilots, drone operators, airlines) help the network more and earn more. Result: secure network, low energy use, and it rewards those who actually make things fly. It's like the blockchain saying: "I don't trust people who burn electricity, I trust people who take off flying taxis". This is WFC: pay anytime in the air – all with one crypto, one app, one simple tap. Many destinations, one single crypto.

Hanna is engineered to provide comprehensive expert guidance across all operational sectors, including pre-flight preparation, takeoff, and landing procedures.
